Cyril Oberlander is the Director of Milne Library at the SUNY College at Geneseo since April, 2012, and was previously the Interim Director since January 2011, and before that the Associate Director of Milne Library since January 2008.  Prior to that, he was the Director of Interlibrary Services at the University of Virginia Library 2005-2008; and Head of Interlibrary Loan at Portland State University from 1996-2005; and before that served as the Assistant Supervisor and the Staff Trainer for Access Services.  His consultation experience includes independent consulting services, and workflow design with various vendors.
