Rob Walsh never thought he’d grow up to be a librarian – but, he’s glad he did. After finishing his MA in African American Studies at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and not wanting to be a well educated bartender or a hapless PhD candidate, he moved back East and eventually pursued his MLS at Southern Connecticut State University. Since the Fall of 2010, he has been Social Sciences Librarian at Trinity College in Hartford, CT. In addition to his teaching and research consultation responsibilities, Rob is deeply invested in bringing emerging technologies into the academic research setting at Trinity.
