Currently the Head of Collection Development at York College of Pennsylvania, Beth has over 25 years experience in academic libraries.  With a B.A. from Gettysburg College and M.L.S. from University of Michigan, she previously held positions in large academic libraries, including a medical library.  Beth has served on numerous national and regional library committees.  In her current position she manages collection development, e-resources, acquisitions, cataloging, periodicals, and resource sharing.  She's recently been spearheading a project to digitize oral history cassettes in collaboration with the YCP Center for Oral History.
