Most recently, Mike was Director of Sales for Strategic Account Management at ProQuest. Previously, Mike organized and led a new ProQuest sales team that developed the Fortune 500 / Corporate and Medical / Healthcare markets. In 2005, Mike joined CSA as its Sales Director for the Americas. Mike has held senior sales positions at Disclosure, OneSource, Primary Source Media and Oxford Analytica in his career that has spanned 40+ years.
Mike has an Undergraduate degree (BA) from Long Island University and a Masters degree (MS) from St. John’s University. His book, “Buying and Selling Information: A Guide for Information Professionals & Salespeople to Build Mutual Success” has become to the “go to” publication for librarians and salespeople embarking on product negotiations.
